Job Description

  • Experience in working in a fast paced customer service team environment
  • Experience in dealing with customer/client disputes
  • Experience in working with clientele over phone system
  • 3 – 5 years experience in dealing with customer complaints, follow-up, resolution, and retention
  • General experience in data entry/CRM/Excel and organizational skills
  • Salesforce: case generation, reporting, resolution generation, task delegation, completion; knowledge is an asset
  • Knowledge of consumer goods as it relates to customer service
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Seasonal position from April – October, could lead to permanent full-time position

Job Type: Temporary (with possibility of FT)
