As Canada's largest commercial swimming
pool and recreation facility management company, Superior Pool, Spa &
Leisure has designed a program specifically for customers who operate and
manage their own facilities. The new program, called “CHEM-TECH DIRECT”
provides complete training of on-site staff, offers back-up call center
support, supplies all of the chemicals needed to operate and maintain your
facility and visits your property at least once monthly to provide the
necessary chemicals and inspect the operations of the facility, all at one
low contract price.
How this service works!
- Superior will identify all of the chemical
products necessary to operate and maintain your pool in accordance with
all government standards.
- Superior will schedule on-site training
sessions for your maintenance staff. Your superintendent and/or
engineering department will be taught all proper swimming pool maintenance
procedures including how to test and balance water chemistry; how to
add/apply chemicals in the correct sequence and maintain a proper log book
in accordance with government regulations; how to properly vacuum and
maintain the pool; and how to backwash and maintain the filtration and
pool heating equipment.
- Superior will provide you with a call
centre service so that your maintenance staff can call us with any
questions on the proper operation of your facility.
- Superior will visit the facility each
month or week depending on the needs of the facility, provide all
necessary chemicals and inspect the facility for proper operation and
maintenance.

- You will avoid needless closures by local Health
Department!
How To Get Started!
- Superior will arrange for a
convenient time for us to take a full inventory of the facility so we can
determine what material and products will be needed to maintain the facility
based on your usage.
- Superior will provide you with one
contract price for all chemicals required together with a schedule of
regular deliveries and inspections.
- You should have your accounting people
total all of the costs you incurred over the last year for all chemicals
and supplies so you will be able to determine exactly how much you will be
saving.
- Once you have agreed to the new
contract, Superior will begin the service.
