PRE-AGREEMENT
·
Perform a full
inventory of the facilities, equipment and access.

Generate a survey
to go out to all residents getting their feedback on what they would like to see in the
centre.
·
Provide a
comprehensive presentation package of the services that we offer.
·
Prepare a proposal
based on services you and the residents wish to see.
UPON SIGNING AN
AGREEMENT
·
Put in place
qualified, energetic staff to control the facility, set up programs, provide safety
supervision to the center.
·
Complete all the
maintenance required for the pool area and provide daily written reports to management on
the facility condition.
- Perform a safety and
preventative maintenance inspection of the facilities and report all findings to you.
·
Generate a policy
and procedure manual for the location, including a handbook for the residents that use the
centre.
- Set up, promote and
conduct programs based on the information collected in the survey.
- Quarterly reports to
management on the successes at the centre.
CONSISTANT
EVALUATION
- A customer service
representative is assigned to your facility.
·
Weekly on-site
inspections/evaluations of the facility/staff, with a written report and the ability for
you to provide feedback on how we are administering our services.
- Access to Superior
Pool Supervisory Staff 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

we manage 20 year around recreation facilities all over the GTA. During the summer months we manage over 100
lifeguarded outdoor pools. We are a complete
pool company; there is nothing in a pool we can't do
everything from pool maintenance
to lifeguard services.
